Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running in under 5 minutes. Just sign up, invite your team, and you're ready to launch your first review cycle. No consultants, no lengthy implementations.
Do I need technical knowledge to use Perfo?
Not at all! Perfo is designed for HR professionals and managers who want results, not complexity. Our intuitive interface guides you through every step.
Can I import my existing team data?
Yes! You can invite team members via email, import from a CSV file, or connect with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 for automatic sync.
What's included in the free trial?
Everything! You get full access to all Pro features for 14 days. No credit card required. If you love it, upgrade. If not, no hard feelings.

What is 360° feedback?
360° feedback collects performance insights from multiple perspectives — managers, peers, direct reports, and self-assessments. This gives a complete, balanced picture of each team member.
Is the feedback really anonymous?
Absolutely. Reviewer identities are never revealed. We use advanced aggregation to ensure anonymity even in small teams. Trust is non-negotiable.
Can I customize the evaluation criteria?
Yes! Choose from our proven templates or build your own from scratch. Add questions that reflect your company values and what matters to your team.
How do automatic reminders work?
Set it and forget it. Perfo sends gentle nudges via email and Slack as deadlines approach. You can customize frequency and messaging.
Can I run different review types?
Yes! We support annual reviews, quarterly check-ins, project retrospectives, onboarding feedback, and custom cycles. Mix and match to fit your needs.
Pricing & Plans
How does pricing work?
We charge per active user per month. Only pay for people who actually participate in review cycles. No hidden fees, no surprises.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter is perfect for small teams (up to 50 users) with basic analytics. Pro unlocks unlimited users, advanced analytics, custom branding, SSO, and API access.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes! We offer 50% off for registered non-profits and early-stage startups. Contact us with proof of status to apply.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with a few clicks. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate accordingly.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Nope. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing saves 20%, but you can cancel anytime.
Security & Privacy
How is my data protected?
We use enterprise-grade security: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and regular third-party security audits.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in AWS data centers in your choice of region (US, EU, or Australia). Enterprise customers can opt for dedicated infrastructure.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're fully GDPR compliant with EU data processing agreements, data portability, right to erasure, and all required privacy controls.
Who can see review data?
Admins control access levels. Managers see their direct reports' aggregated feedback. Individual reviewers and their responses are never exposed.
Can I export or delete my data?
Absolutely. Export all your data anytime in CSV or JSON format. Request complete deletion and we'll remove everything within 30 days.
Integrations
What integrations do you support?
We integrate with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta, OneLogin, BambooHR, Workday, and many more. Custom integrations via API are available for Enterprise.
Do you support Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Yes! Pro plans include Google and Microsoft SSO. Enterprise plans add SAML/OIDC support for Okta, OneLogin, and custom identity providers.
Can I use Perfo with our HRIS?
Yes. We sync with popular HR systems to keep employee data up-to-date automatically. Changes flow both ways.
Is there an API?
Pro and Enterprise plans include full API access. Build custom workflows, export data to your data warehouse, or integrate with internal tools.
Support
How do I get help?
Starter plans include email support with 24-hour response times. Pro adds priority support and live chat. Enterprise gets a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Do you offer training?
Yes! We provide self-serve documentation, video tutorials, and webinars. Enterprise customers get custom onboarding and training sessions.
What if I need help migrating from another tool?
We've got you. Our team will help you migrate data and set up your workspace. Most migrations are completed within a week.
